Sebastian Dove

With a degree in War Studies from King’s College London, I bring a contemporary understanding of socio-economic systems, historical progressions, and modern political structures to my consultancy work. My academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience as an Officer Cadet in the University of London Air Squadron (ULAS), has sharpened my leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills—particularly in high-pressure environments. Beyond academia and military training, I have honed my interpersonal and problem-solving abilities in dynamic customer-facing roles, including my time in the hospitality team at Lord’s Cricket Ground. Engaging with diverse individuals daily has strengthened my communication skills and my ability to foster meaningful relationships. As someone with dyslexia, I approach challenges with a unique perspective, leveraging creative problem-solving and an ability to identify patterns others might miss. This distinct way of thinking enhances my analytical capabilities, allowing me to offer fresh insights into strategic and historical analysis. With a multifaceted background spanning academia, leadership, and client engagement, I am committed to delivering innovative, insightful, and results-driven solutions to complex challenges.

Graham Dove

Became Co-owner of BGC Motorsport Engineering and Saluki Racing Partnership in 1984.  During this time we prepared competition road race motorcycles and competed in International Motorcycle Competitions including the prestigious Le Mans 24hour achieving two podium positions in class.  In 1992 I amicably sold my share of BGC and Saluki and formed Dave Associates as a way of combining my love of travel with my keen interest in business and commerce.  I travelled to California with a view to meeting some of my previous suppliers and exploring a new working relationship with them resulting in importing specialist parts to the UK and distributing them through a network of wholesalers. In 1997 my wife took a position in BT Belgium and I continued my work from there being an early adopter of internet technology.  As I networked  more I realised that my experience in business was something that could be of value to other business owners and I became increasingly involved in consultancy including building an exit plan for a business owner approaching retirement.
